ABOUT PATRICK
Dr. Jonathan Klingeman currently the Director of Gifted and Talented Programs for the School District of Philadelphia. His research interests are in gifted universal screening and its effects on marginalized populations. Formerly, he served in the State College Area School District for the past eight years as the Director of MTSS and Intervention Supports and was the principal of Park Forest Elementary School. Klingeman’s role in State College supported several departments, including intervention teachers, support teachers, school psychologists, RTI, federal programs, ESL, and gifted. He instructs graduate and undergraduate students in digital leadership and assessment courses at St. Francis University. He co-authored the PDE Approved PIL Course, PLUG, Professionals Leading and Understanding Gifted Education.
